The IFS Healing Circle
what you'll get from ifs healing circle

You know what you want to say… you just can’t seem to say it.

You replay conversations in your head long after they’ve ended.

You say yes when you mean no.

You avoid conflict because of a deep-seated need to maintain the peace.

And even though others see you as thoughtful, capable, and efficient, inside you struggle with self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and an uncertainty of how to actually show up as yourself.

This isn’t about “just speaking up.”

If it were that simple, you would have already done it.

There’s a reason one part of you wants to express yourself…

And another part shuts it down, overthinks it, or tells you to keep the peace.

This group will help you understand those patterns so you can move past the internal conflict that’s holding you back.

Introducing…

The IFS Healing Circle for People Pleasers and Overthinkers

For many children of immigrants, ‘harmony’ often comes at the cost of our own voices. This IFS-informed group offers a space for Asian American high-achievers to unlearn the patterns of overthinking and people-pleasing, allowing you to show up authentically and speak up with confidence.

Why Group Therapy?

Because this work doesn’t just happen in your head – it happens in relationships.

In this group, you’ll start to notice your patterns in real time:

  • The part of you that wants to hold back
  • The part that worries about being “too much”
  • The part that wants to say something – but hesitates

And instead of navigating that alone, you’ll be supported through it.

Spaces are limited

Because this is a closed group, spaces are limited to ensure deep, meaningful connections and safe, confidential space for everyone. I can’t guarantee when the next cycle will be, so if this feels like the right time for you, I encourage you to secure your spot now.

Let that land…

What if your parts didn’t have to work so hard to protect you?

What if you didn’t have to navigate it all on your own?

This is for you if...

  • You worry about disappointing people.

  • You rehearse conversations in your head over and over.

  • You avoid difficult conversations, then feel resentful later.

  • You feel responsible for other people’s emotions.

  • You’re curious about your internal parts and how they affect relationships.

This is not for you if...

  • You’re not ready to do the deep work of self-reflection and healing.

  • You’re looking for a quick fix or a generic “how-to” approach.

  • You’re not willing to engage fully and support others in the group.

  • You’re only interested in theory, not personal exploration or vulnerability.
