IFS Healing Circle
for High-Achieving Asian Americans and Children of Immigrants
You’re thoughtful and capable, but somehow still stuck with overthinking, people-pleasing, and conflict avoidance?
The IFS Healing Circle
A 6-week IFS-informed therapy group for high-achieving Asian Americans and children of immigrants who struggle with overthinking, people pleasing, and conflict avoidance. Join us so you can finally trust yourself and speak up without guilt.
You know what you want to say… you just can’t seem to say it.
You replay conversations in your head long after they’ve ended.
You say yes when you mean no.
You avoid conflict because of a deep-seated need to maintain the peace.
And even though others see you as thoughtful, capable, and efficient, inside you struggle with self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and an uncertainty of how to actually show up as yourself.
This isn’t about “just speaking up.”
If it were that simple, you would have already done it.
There’s a reason one part of you wants to express yourself…
And another part shuts it down, overthinks it, or tells you to keep the peace.
This group will help you understand those patterns so you can move past the internal conflict that’s holding you back.
Introducing…
The IFS Healing Circle for People Pleasers and Overthinkers
For many children of immigrants, ‘harmony’ often comes at the cost of our own voices. This IFS-informed group offers a space for Asian American high-achievers to unlearn the patterns of overthinking and people-pleasing, allowing you to show up authentically and speak up with confidence.
What you'll learn
How to spot parts and patterns in your internal system — and how they show up in relationships.
Understand the parts of you that overthinking, people-please, and avoid conflict.
Express your needs without guilt or over-explaining.
Navigate conflict without spiraling or shutting down
Feel less anxious about how others perceive you.
What you'll get
6 weeks of live, 90-minute online group sessions
A confidential, closed group where trust and safety are nurtured
A space to unpack challenges like imposter syndrome and fears around boundaries — with others who get it
Guided reflection and gentle support to deepen your relationship with your internal system

Why Group Therapy?
Because this work doesn’t just happen in your head – it happens in relationships.
In this group, you’ll start to notice your patterns in real time:
- The part of you that wants to hold back
- The part that worries about being “too much”
- The part that wants to say something – but hesitates
And instead of navigating that alone, you’ll be supported through it.

What if you didn’t have to navigate it all on your own?
This is for you if...
You worry about disappointing people.
You rehearse conversations in your head over and over.
You avoid difficult conversations, then feel resentful later.
